Caribbean Sailing Yachts, LTD. (CSY) was probably first charter company to see the potential of the bareboat charter industry in the Caribbean. In the early 1970's, the company operated out of Tampa, Florida, and their first two bases were set up in Maya Cove, Tortola and Ratho Mill, SVG.
